1- The activities offered are subject to environmental conditions and people involved in our activities, so that changes can occur before or even during the activity (weather, sea conditions, etc.). In case of cancellation by CAMINO en KAYAK, the customer is entitled to the postponement or refund to the amount paid.

 

2- The customer has the obligation to report possible states of pregnancy, disability or cardiovascular condition before committing to any activity.Clients also undertake not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and / or any other medication that might affect their ability to react.To participate in aquatic activities it is essential to know how to swim. Each activity has a minimum age requirement to participate.Minors must have permission or be accompanied by a responsible adult person.The client, commits to always follow the guide’s (monitor), responsible for each activity, instructions.

 

3- Prices include VAT and are per person, including services offered by CAMINO en KAYAK respecting the minimum indicated per group.

 

4- The price includes all the necessary material. Each activity specifies the equipment included, the specific program as well as the basic equipment recommended to be provided by the customer.

 

5- The price of activities includes accident and liability insurance.A detailed list of information of the conditions and insurance coverage is available to customers on request.

 

6- To confirm a booking, the customer must pay 20% of the total. The payment of the remaining amount must be settled and paid before embarking on an activity.

 

7- The customer may cancel the contracted services, being entitled to a refund of amounts paid, but must compensate to CAMINO EN KAYAK indications below:Management fees and cancellation shall be paid, with a penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, if the withdrawal occurs more than 21 days before the start date of the program. It will be penalised with 100% of the reservation are cancelled within the last 7 days.

 

8- With confirmation of the booking the client agrees to all of the Terms&Conditions. In the event that a person registered for another/s, the person takes in his/her name each and every one of these Terms&Conditions.
